All sales are final; we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering the wrong size or color.
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the style.

2. Special Circumstances for Replacements

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do provide replacements in specific cases where the issue is due to our error or a manufacturing defect. Below are the conditions under which a replacement may be approved:

A. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a dress that is damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:
  • The damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the damage must be provided as proof.
  • The damage must be due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishap, not misuse.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Examples of eligible damage:
✔️ Ripped seams or torn fabric upon arrival.
✔️ Missing or defective embellishments (e.g., beads, sequins).
✔️ Severe discoloration or major stains caused before delivery.
✔️ Unstitching or loose fabric due to poor sewing quality.
 
B. Incorrect Item Sent
 
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will replace it under the following conditions:
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide photos of the item received vs. the original order.
  • The dress must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Examples of incorrect orders eligible for replacement:
✔️ Wrong color, size, or design from what was ordered.
✔️ A completely different item than what was purchased.
 
C. Size Discrepancy Due to Manufacturer Error
 
If the dress you receive has a major size discrepancy (e.g., labeled size differs significantly from actual measurements), you may be eligible for a replacement.
  • You must provide photos with measurements proving the size difference.
  • The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
Minor size variations (1-2 cm) due to manufacturing tolerances will not qualify.
 
Examples of eligible size issues:
✔️ The size chart stated a bust measurement of 36 inches, but the received item measures 32 inches.
✔️ A dress labeled as Medium but fitting as XXS due to incorrect tagging.
 

3. How to Request a Replacement

To submit a replacement request, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Attach photos/videos as proof of the damage, incorrect item, or size discrepancy.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days.

4. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

Beryl Boutique will not offer replacements in the following cases:
❌ The issue was reported after 48 hours of delivery.
❌ The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer handling.
❌ The return request is due to a change of mind or personal preference.
❌ The customer provided incorrect shipping details leading to non-delivery.
❌ There are minor color differences due to screen display variations.
❌ The customer ordered the wrong size based on personal assumption rather than using the size chart.

5. Shipping & Processing of Replacements

  • If a replacement is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the defective item (if required).
  • The replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item and verify the issue.
  • Beryl Boutique covers return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, customers may bear the return shipping fee.
  • Processing a replacement may take 7-14 business days depending on stock availability.
